2019 East Coast UAP Dashboard: Record DOW-UAP-PR086

Detailed sensor data from a December 2019 East Coast UAP encounter has been released (DOW-UAP-PR086).

While the Tic-Tac and Gimbal videos are well-known, this new data subset includes supplementary dashboard telemetry and radio communications between carrier strike group assets. The data indicates multiple objects maintaining stationary positions against high-velocity winds.
