FBI and CIA Contribute 1970s UAP Records to PURSUE Archive

The latest update to the PURSUE system includes critical Intelligence Information Reports from the CIA, including a 1973 report regarding unidentified phenomena in the USSR (CIA-UAP-D001).

These Cold War-era records highlight the global nature of the UAP phenomenon and the level of intelligence focus directed toward foreign UAP sightings during that period.

The FBI has also contributed records from its own domestic files, providing a broader inter-agency view of how UAPs have been tracked across the government for decades.
