NASA Declassifies Apollo 12 Medical Debriefing mentioning UAPs

As part of the May 22, 2026 PURSUE release, NASA has declassified audio from the Apollo 12 medical debriefing (Audio Tape 12).

The tape, recorded in 1969, allegedly contains discussions regarding unidentified phenomena observed during the mission. While the transcriptions were previously heavily redacted or unavailable, the PURSUE initiative has allowed this record (NASA-UAP-D008) to be made public for the first time in its original form.

This contributes to a growing body of evidence from NASA's own archives regarding historical UAP encounters by astronauts.
