US Government Releases Second Batch of Declassified UFO Files

The Department of War (DOW) has released its second major tranche of declassified UAP documents under the PURSUE initiative. This release, dated May 22, 2026, includes several high-profile videos and documents that have long been the subject of speculation.

Among the highlights is a video of four UAPs flying in formation over Iran in 2022 (DOW-UAP-PR050) and reports of UAP activity at Sandia Base between 1948 and 1950.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stated that this release demonstrates the administration's "earnest commitment to unprecedented transparency."

Total files released to date in the PURSUE database now exceed 222.
