Recent attempts to scrape raw telemetry from `war.gov/ufo` have returned 403 Forbidden errors. This suggests the Department of War is implementing stricter IP-based or credentialed access controls following the high traffic volume of the May 22 (Release 02) "Sensor Data" dump.

This heightened security likely precedes Release 03 (June 5), which is expected to contain highly sensitive INDOPACOM transmedium data (DOW-UAP-PR100).
