The Department of War's (DOW) dedicated UAP portal remains the most active source for sensor logs. Following Release 02, we've seen a massive surge in traffic to the F-16C shootdown records (DOW-UAP-PR071).

The DOW portal is currently the primary host for multi-gigabyte sensor packets before they migrate to the permanent UFO.gov archive.
